the following information:
Your NAME and the NAME OF THE COMPANY or business you represent (if any).
A day-time TELEPHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER and E-MAIL ADDRESS.
Service required, e.g. "SUPPLY ONLY" or "FULLY INSTALLED".
If you request "SUPPLY ONLY" tell us theTYPE OF SCREEN required,
the ACCURATE OUTER MEASUREMENTS (in metric or imperial) and any other
relevant details that may affect the price.
If you request "FULLY INSTALLED" we need the answers to a few
simple questions relating to the type of opening we will be attaching
the screen to.
What type of material are we to fix to? (e.g. Timber, PVCu, metal.)
Is it hinged on the side, top or bottom?
Does it open inwards or outwards?
What are the approximate sizes to the nearest 50mm?
How many do you require?
How high are they from the floor?
For hinged screens and doors: When in operation will the screen swing
freely or are there any obstructions, e.g. pipes, taps, extractor hoods,
machines etc.?
For all screens: Are there any obstructions in the opening e.g. burglar
alarms, sensors, wires, pipes, door closers, extractor fans etc.?
Please remember, we rely on your interpretations and what you see to give
you an accurate quotation.
We will deal with your enquiry promptly, but if you have not heard back from us within a couple of days, please phone, re-fax/e-mail us in case we experienced problems with your first communication.
"SUPPLY

"KITS"
We will need the following information:
Name and address for delivery of goods.
Relevant dimensions as shown below and any other pertinent information.
ORDERS
must EITHER
1. be accompanied by payment in full by cheque made payable to FLYSCREENS
DIRECT and sent to FLYSCREEN DIRECT, ARISAIG, INVERNESS-SHIRE PH39 4NS.
Goods will be despatched following clearance of cheque.
OR
2. by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Solo debit and credit card. Please use our secure order form, telephone or fax. to ensure your card details are safe.
All prices are subject to V.A.T. at current rate.

Sizes of A, B, X and Y (flat faces).
Sizes of gaps (top to bottom, side to side).
What the window is made of, e.g. wood, steel, UPVC, aluminium.
If the handle protrudes past the flat face, by how much.
DOOR:
Sizes of A, B and X (flat faces).
Sizes of gaps (top to bottom, side to side).
What the door is made of, e.g. wood, steel, UPVC, aluminium.
If the handle protrudes past the flat face, by how much.
"FULLY INSTALLED"
We
will need the following information:
Billing address.
Full address
including Post Code of site of job.
Contact name and phone number for both.
Information about the site: any parking or access restrictions or any
times of day when the work cannot be done.
PAYMENT should
normally be made prior to installation but may be made immediately on
completion of work by arrangement.
Credit terms by prior arrangement only.
METHOD:
